Elysian Brewing Company Superfuzz Blood Orange Pale

Elysian Brewing Company Superfuzz Blood Orange Pale, 6.4% ABV, brewed in Seattle, Washington. This Pale Ale is Bittered with German Northern Brewer and Cascade hops and finished with Citra and Amarillo. Superfuzz pours a cloudy gold, light orange color with a one-finger white head that is somewhat slow fading. The aroma is sweet with orange and hints of bitterness. Taste is not as sweet as you get on its aroma, that is some slight bitter orange tartness with little bitterness. The mouthfeel is light but not too light. Superfuzz then give a blood orange fish with a little bit of bittiness and light sweet notes that do carry over into the aftertaste that lingers for a little bit. , 6.4% ABV, brewed in Seattle, Washington. Elysian Brewing Company Superfuzz Blood Orange Pale is a good beer, one that I would give a B to. The blood orange is there, but not a strong or bold flavor. There is enough of it so you know it’s there. I wouldn’t say it’s a punch-in-the-face type of flavor. Plus it’s not overly bitter for a Pale Ale. I do recommend trying this. It’s good for a hot day. Please be kind, stay safe, and enjoy responsibly! cheers!

NoDa Brewing Company Margarita Gose

This is all done to mimic the flavors in a margarita. Margarita Gose pours a straw gold color with one finger quickly fading fizzy head. The beer’s aroma is tart, crisp with salted lime and tangerine. The taste is pretty much similar to the nose, there is a tart lime and tangerine with a bit of a salt note. The mouthfeel is light, This beer has a fruity finish that is a bit sour and tart. That flavor does carry over to the aftertaste that lingers a bit with a tart salt note, Does NoDa Brewing Company Margarita Gose taste like a Margarita? Well for the most part yes, but just a lighter version. That does not mean this Gose is bad. No, it’s not, I give NoDa Brewing Company Margarita Gose an A. Olde Mecklenburg Brewery Munzler’s Vienna Lager

Olde Mecklenburg Brewery Munzler’s Vienna Lager, 4.9% ABV brewed locally in Charlotte, North Carolina is brewed with dark malts and named for North Carolina first brewer Martin Munzler. This beer is relatively new for Olde Mecklenburg. It pours a caramel color with a one-and-a-half-finger white fizzy head. The aroma is a bready light sweetness and caramel. The taste is caramel sweetness with some bread notes with the faintest of dark malt notes. The mouthfeel is light for a Vienna Lager. Munzler’s finishes with a hint of a sweet bread that doesn’t stay. The aftertaste is caramel that only there for half a second then poof it’s gone. Olde Mecklenburg Brewery Munzler’s Vienna Lager is not bad and it close to some of the best Vienna Lagers, so I give a B+. I couldn’t find any faults with this beer other than it has just a pinch too much of dark malts, which are good, It is a good drinking beer that you should try for yourself. Please be kind, be safe, and enjoy responsibly! Cheers!

Maine Beer Company Post Ride Snack Session India Pale Ale

I don’t typically see Maine Beer Company beers very often, but I did spot Post Ride Snack Session India Pale Ale, 4.9% ABV at Whole Foods. So I purchased it! This beer is brewed in Freeport, Maine. It is brewed with AMARILLO, CITRA, SIMCOE, HALLERTAU BLANC, NELSON SAUVIN hops, and 2-ROW, CARAHELL, MARIS OTTER, FLAKED OATS malts. Stella Artois Brewery Stella Artois

Stella Artois Brewery Stella Artois a Lager brewed in Leuven Belgium is a common lager beer that you find at the grocery store or from wherever you buy beer. This beer has been brewed since 1366. Stella pours a clean clear gold color with a.one finger bright white head that fades at a steady pace. The aroma is metallic and sweet with a breaded biscuit note. It’s not the best smelling beer, it smells like average generic beer. The taste is metallic and sweet with a bit of sharpness to it There are some crisp notes with a biscuity flavor. Stella Artois’ flavor is nondescript where you right down to it. The mouthfeel is light. It has a weird finish of the tank it was brewed it. The after taste is well nothing. I did not mind this, but I also didn’t like this. I’d say that Stella Artois Brewery Stella Artois is a D. It’s not as bad as some of the BMC beers (Budweiser, Miller, Coors, It’s not that much better. I would choose Steall Artois over those if those were my only choices. Plus there is so much better beer from Belgium to be had than Steall, like Duevl for example. So if you haven’t had Stella Artois already then don’t try this. Please be kind, stay safe, and enjoy responsibly! Cheers!

Scofflaw Brewing Co. Dirty Beaches Tropical Wheat

Scofflaw Brewing Co. Dirty Beaches Tropical Wheat, 6.3% ABV a beer brewed in Atlanta Georgia in collaboration with Victory Brands. I purchased this beer from River Street in Savannah Georgia while attending a wedding. This beer pours a hazed orange with a little sediment in it. The aroma is fruity a little bitter with a wheat aroma. Taste is first bitter, there is an orange, mango, melon fruity flavor with some light wheat. Mouthfeel is towards the fuller side that does coat your mouth for a quick moment. This Dirty Beaches beer finish with a light bitter tropical flavor that carries that tropical flavor on the aftertaste. Scofflaw Brewing Co. Dirty Beaches Tropical Wheat is more of a hoppy wheat ale with a few tropical flavors. It’s a high C+. It’s more hops than wheat here not a little of both which might have made it very good. It’s not bad, it’s just that I’ve probably had better versions of this. It wouldn’t be so bad if you missed this, but it would not be bad if someone offered it to you either. Please be kind, stay safe, and enjoy responsibly! Cheers!
