Bhramari Brewing Co. When Will Then Be Now

Bhramari Brewing Co. When Will Then Be Now, 5.3% ABV is a Berliner Wiesse that utilizes ruby chocolate, Cara Cara (a red-fleshed navel orange), and blood orange. This beer pours a muddy yellow/orange color with a one-finger white fizzy head. This beer has a sweet chocolate orange aroma to it with tartness. The flavor/taste is not far off from its smell. There is a s\chocolate orange taste with a funky tartness. The mouthfeel is light. This beer finishes with a sweet chocolate orange tartness. The aftertaste is the same as the finish, but the tartness is fuller. It all lingers till you have another sip. This beer is interesting to me. It has a good flavor. I say it’s a C+. The chocolate clashes a little with the tart fruity flavors but nothing terrible here. This beer isn’t one that you can more than probably two pints of before it becomes too much. But it was interesting. Please be kind, be safe, and enjoy responsibly! Cheers!

Clubtails Screwdriver

This is the is the last of the Clubtails. This particular one is Clubtails Screwdriver 10% ABV. This one pours a slight yellow/orange color with a nice color fade from light yellow to light orange. The aroma is like an orange This particular one is Clubtails Screwdriver 10% ABV. This one pours a slight yellow/orange color. It also has a good color fade from light yellow to light orange. The aroma is like an orange Mt. Dew soda with hints of alcohol. The taste is artificial orange juice. It is like an orange-flavored Mt. Dew almost. It has a light mouthfeel. This screwdriver finishes with a fake orange juice flavor. There is a tart orange juice aftertaste with a punch of 10% alcohol. I did not care for this after a few sips. Clubtails Screwdriver is a D-. it had too much of a fake flavor. That got old quickly. I drank almost half, and then I poured the rest out. Now, if it had been fewer, say like sixteen ounces, then it might be slightly easier to finish, maybe. This one was the last. In confusion, I found the Clubtails beverages to be just barely above average. I found the Sunny Margarita to be the best. Please be kind, be safe, and enjoy responsibly!

NoDa Brewing Company Fusion Series Vol. II Imperial Hazy IPA with Grapefruit

I was gifted this beer for my birthday, NoDa Brewing Fusion Series Vol. II Imperial Hazy IPA with grapefruit, 9.4% is part of a series, the first being Vol. I was with tangerine. This imperial IPA is with Centennial, Galaxy, Ekuanot, Cascade, and Azacca hops. It’s rested on grapefruit zest. This local IPA pours a bright hazy yellow with a two-finger fizzy off-white head. The aroma is citrusy with grapefruit, hoppy bitter notes. It has a citrusy grapefruit bitter hoppy flavor with pine notes. It has a thick mouthfeel. This IPA is a full-bodied imperial IPA. It has a bitter citrus finish, and that carries over to the aftertaste. That aftertaste is bitter and juicy. It lingers for a while. This beer is a big IPA and strong as well. NoDa Brewing Fusion Series Vol. II Imperial Hazy IPA with grapefruit is a B. It is bold and strong with a big juicy citrus flavor. I couldn’t see myself having more than one of these. Your tastebuds would get destroyed by the end of the second beer. But one was good. If you like this type of beer, then here’s a beer with your name on it. I’d try it. Please be kind, stay safe, and enjoy responsibly! Cheers!

Georgia Beer Co. Southern Isles Tropical IPA

Here is a re-review of Georgia Beer Co. Southern Isles IPA, 6.5% ABV. This beer is from Valdosta, Georgia. It pours a copper color with a one-and-a-half-finger white head that slowly dissipates. The aroma is citrusy with grapefruit and orange. There is a slightly tropical, hoppy/bitter smell to it. The taste is bitter with citrus fruits and some hoppy flavors that flow along with a faint, tropical flavor. The mouthfeel is medium. This IPA beer finish with a bitter/hoppy note and a little citrus. The citrus notes carry over to its slightly bitter aftertaste that does linger. This IPA was probably a fresher can. So I found it to be better than the last time I drank it. I give Georgia Beer Co. Southern Isles IPA a B-. The flavors on this IPA are on the lower side, making it more of a drinkable beer. The entire beer doesn’t overpower your taste buds. That’s what I like when I have an IPA. Please be kind, stay safe, and enjoy responsibly! Cheers!

New Anthem Beer Project the dream is over Crystal Helles Bock

New Anthem Beer Project the dream is over Crystal Helles Bock, 7.3 ABV is from Wilmington, North Carolina. This beer, made with Crystal hops, Pils, Munich, and Vienna malts. It also contains honey and orange blossoms. It pouts a deep yellow/amber color with a two-finger steady white head. It has a sweet caramel aroma with honey and orange. There is a faint beaded note on the nose. The taste is very caramel and sweet, probably from honey and orange blossoms. The mouthfeel is fuller but not that full. This beer has a caramel orange finish. Then it fades into a sweet lager with a linger of some sweet caramel. This overall is a good beer. I give New Anthem Beer Project the dream is over Crystal Helles Bock an A. It’s a good beer. It’s an interesting take on a Helles Bock beer. It has just the right amount of sweetness coinciding with the caramel and the honey/orange blossoms, and that’s what’s giving the beer its good sweet flavor. I think that you should go and try New Anthem Beer Project the dream is over Crystal Helles BockPlease be kind, be safe, and enjoy responsibly! Cheers!

Clubtails Sunny Margarita

Clubtails Sunny Margarita, 10% ABV is not a beer. It’s a fermented like a beer but without hops, and is tweaked Clubtails Sunny Margarita, 10% ABV is not a beer. It’s fermented like a beer but without hops, and is tweaked to achieve the desired flavor. This Margarita from this big boy can pour a light lime green color, and yes, I salted the rim for a Margarita experience. The aroma is lime, citrusy, with light alcoholic notes. The taste is big with lime, and it has little alcohol towards the back. The mouthfeel is light. This Margarita finishes with lime a little bit of alcohol. The aftertaste is pretty much Margarita lime goodness that lingers until you take another sip. The overall alcoholic notes are light, and this Culbtail is quite refreshing. This Margarita tastes like a good margarita. I give Clubtails Margarita an A+. This Margarita is a great beverage and one that you should try. It is not as strong as most Margaritas. That makes it easier to drink, especially when it’s twenty-five ounces. It’s a good one! Please be kind, be safe, and enjoy responsibly! Cheers!

The aroma is sweet with a raspberry flavor. The taste follows the nose. It has a nice, light sweetness from the raspberry flavor with a tiny beardy note. The mouthfeel is light. This Blonde Ale finishes with a raspberry flavor that is not very overpowering. The aftertaste of raspberry doesn’t stick around long. It is there just long of for your taste buds to notice it’s there. Then it is gone. I found Georgia Beer Co. Raspberry Field Party Blonde Ale to be a little better than the not fruited Field Party. I give this beer a B+. The raspberries were refreshing. This Blonde Ale is a good beer for a hot summer’s day. A pool/beach beer for sure. So go out and try this Georgia Beer Co. Georgia Beer Co. Field Party Blonde Ale

Big thanks to the Georgia Beer CO. for sending me, Field Party Blonde Ale, 5.0% ABV and many other beers, which I will be reviewing soon, so please keep you eyes peeled for those here. Georgia Beer Co. in Valdosta, Goergia brewer this blonde ale and brews a few of the same beer that have different fruits in them. Putting fruits into a blonde ale is a common thing in craft brewing. But this Field Party has no fruit. it pours a golden color with a one and half finger white head that is slow to fade. The aroma is bready with light sweetness. The flavor is light with sweet bread notes, and a light mouthfeel. The finish is not really much but a very light sweet note. The aftertaste is the same with a very faint hoppy note that quickly turns to a faint sweetness. Overall this is a light tasty refreshing beer. I give Georgia Beer Co. Field Part Blonde Ale a B. It is great on a hot day, and could be a lawnmower beer or a golfers beer. But I don’t play golf of have a yard to mow. But It’s a solid beer. Stronger.more flavors and this could be an perfect beer. I do recommend drinking this, especially now before the summer ends! Please be kind, be safe, and enjoy responsibly! Cheers!

Clubtails Bahama Mama

This is a little different from the usual post. It’s not a beer but kind of close. Clubtails Bahama Mama, 10% ABV (all their products are 10% ABV) is a Canadian malt beverage. Clubtails are crafted from a fermented malt base like a beer but with little more of a punch. They try and spend their time perfecting the flavor and taste according to the actual sprit-based cocktail. The fine folks at the Geloso Beverage Group sent this to me with four others. This Bahama Mama pours (over ice) a pink grapefruit color. The can states that there is a tropical fusion of sensational strawberry, cherry, and citrus flavors. The aroma is sweet and fruity. I did smell strawberry and a tiny bit of cherry. I found an orange citrus scent there too. The flavor on this Bahama Mama is sweet, a little candy sweetness. I did get strawberry flavors with oranges, but not much cherry. The mouthfeel is light and refreshing. It finishes with a big sweet tropical flavor and bitterness. The aftertaste is best described as a tropical Jolly Rancher candy. Its aftertaste is tropical sweet and fruity. Overall this Clubtail Bahama Mama is pretty good. I give it a B. It has enough sweetness without being too sweet. It does taste like a tropical Bahama Mama cocktail. So they nailed that. This Clubtail is a good summer drink, and 10% ABV is not too bad. But it does go down easy. I recommend Clubtails Bahama Mama. Please stay tuned to Best Beer Blog for the other three Clubtail reviews. Please be kind, be safe, and enjoy responsibly!

Allagash Brewing Company Truepenny Pilsner

Today’s beer is Allagash Brewing Company Truepenny Pilsner, 5.1% ABV. Truep[enny is from Portland, Maine. I love pilsners more and more. It is a nice change of pace from all the hoppy pales and IPAs. This Pilsner pours a golden color with a two-and-a-half finger fluffy white head. The aroma is crisp, bright, sweet, and bread. It smells much like a Pilsner should be. The taste is bright, crisp, beaded with sweetness. The mouthfeel is light but does coat your mouth a little. It has a clean, crisp finish and a mild aftertaste of sweet malted bread. This beer is delightfully delicious. I give Allagash Brewing Company Truepenny Pilsner an A+. I think that Pilsners will be a new popular trend in craft beer soon in the future. It could be that the craft beer market has too much hoppy-style beer, like pale ales, IPAs, and similar types of beer. This beer is a crisp, clean, and delicious beer that is worth trying. Please be kind, be safe, and enjoy responsibly! Cheers!
