I am not the biggest fan of blueberry ales. This is Georgia Beer Co. Blueberry Field Party Blonde Ale, 5% ABV. This is the last of the verity of Field Party Blonde Ales I have. This particular Field Party beer pours a golden color with a one finger fizzy white head that fades real quick. The aroma is big sweet fresh blueberries. The blueberries pretty much mask any other notes. The taste is sweet with blueberries and a very little bready note. The mouthfeel is light. The aftertaste is blueberry with little bits of bready notes. The aftertaste is like container that had blueberries left in it. There is a sweetness to the aftertaste but it not very strong. Georgia Beer Co. Blueberry Field Party Blonde Ale wasn’t so bad. I’d say its a B-. It didn’t taste of artificial blueberries like some blueberry beers. But it hasn’t changes how I feel about blueberry ales. I mean a stout with blueberries is okay, but not in anyother styles. I would go for this again soon, but not too soon. Please be kind, be safe, and enjoy responsibly! Cheers!
