This beer is the last beer I have from Cerveja Musa. This beer is Eye of the Lager, which weighs in at 4.5% ABV. This beer is a Pale Lager. There are Traditional and Spalter Select hop in this beer. This Pale Lager pours a yellow color with a one-and-a-half finger white head. The aroma is spiced, breaded, and floral. The taste is clean, hoppy, and spiced, and you’ll find some bread notes. This beer’s mouthfeel is light. Then comes a finish of light hops and bread notes. Then you get an aftertaste that is even lighter on the hop flavor with a hint of spiced bread. This beer was better than I was expecting. But it didn’t really wow me. I give Eye of the Lager a B-. I found this one from Musa to be better than the previous beers I’ve had from them. The 4.6% ABV helped this beer, and it didn’t have as mild flavors, but they weren’t as bold and flavorful as some lagers I’ve had. I recommend Eye of the Lager if you find it here in the States. I don’t think it comes to the US. Please be kind, stay safe, and remember to enjoy responsibly! Cheers!
