This beer, Dollar Dollar Bill Y’all, is a lyric in a Wu-Tang Clan rap song titled C.R.E.A.M. This beer is a dreamsicle-inspired IPA from Heist Brewery here in Charlotte, North Carolina. This beer comes in a 7% ABV. This beer has tangerine, orange, toasted marshmallow, and vanilla. This beer pours a bright yellow with floating particulate/ingredients and a two-and-a-half finger cream marshmallow white head. The aroma is sweet and creamy. There is vanilla, orange, tangerine, and a little marshmallow on the nose. The taste is creamy with sweet vanilla, orange/tangerine citrusy goodness. There was also a toasted marshmallow. The mouthfeel is medium feel and creamy. This beer does taste like an orange creamsicle. Then this beer has a nice creamy sweet fruity vanilla finish. Then comes an aftertaste like biting into a delicious orange vanilla popsicle. That aftertaste lingers nicely on the tongue. This IPA was fabulously delicious. I give this an A+.
