Burial Beer Co. & Cloudwater Brew Co. A Canvas of Fragmented Memories IPA with time and coconut, 7.3% AVB. This IPA is a collaboration between the two brewed in Asheville, North Carolina. This IPA has Cashmere, Idaho-Cryo, Incognito, Motueka, Sabbo hops in it. This IPA pours a misty yellow color with a bright white two and half finger head with good retention. The aroma is of slight lemon and a sweetness. There is a bit go some bitter notes. The taste is bitter-sweet with lime and light coconut flavors. It has a bitterness to it as well. The mouthfeel is thick and juicy. This IPA finishes with a bittersweet note that has a light hoppy kick at the very end. This Burial Beer has a limey aftertaste with hoppy notes. This beer doesn’t really show much of the said coconut. The lime is much more present along with the bitterness and the hops. Burial Beer Co. & Cloudwater Brew Co. A Canvas of Fragmented Memories IPA gets a C+ from me. it comes to the fact that the coconut is not so present and the lime clashes a tiny bit with the hoppy flavors, but it not bad. It’s just a bit above average. I don’t think I would go back for Burial Beer Co. & Cloudwater Brew Co. A Canvas of Fragmented Memories IPA right away but it I will not be staying away from it. Please be kind, be safe, and enjoy responsibly!
