Brewed locally in Charlotte, North Carolina, Resident Culture Brewing Company Riding For The Feeling, 5% ABV is an Italian style Pilsner hopped with Hallertau, Mittlefruh, German, Saphir, and Hersburker hops. This pilsner pours a yellow color with a three-finger stead white head with nice lacing left behind. Its aroma is light and biscuity with a little sweetness. The flavor of this pilsner is biscuity with some light sweet/crips notes, a very faint lemon-like note. The mouthfeel is light and refreshing. It finishes with a crisp biscuit note and carries a little of the into the aftertaste with a hint of sweetness. I do like a nice pilsner now and again. They can be nice after all those big lactose IPA and pastry stouts, and I think that pilsner could be the next trend in craft beer. Resident Culture Brewing Company Riding For The Feeling is a good Italian Pilsner and I give it a solid B. It has a nice crisp flavor that doesn’t overpower your tastebuds and it’s a welcome addition to the otherwise big heavy flavored beer out there. I recommend Resident Culture Brewing Company Riding For The Feeling. Please stay safe and enjoy responsibly! Cheers!
