Wicked Weed Brewing Milk & Cookies Imperial Stout, 8.5%, is the second beer from their Guilty Pleasures variety four-pack. This imperial stout, made with golden raisins, cinnamon, and vanilla. It pours black with a one and a half finger beige head that is slow to fade away. The aroma is sweet with big vanilla, some slight cinnamon. Now the taste is sweet with vanilla, roasted like malt flavors. Some light raisin and, there is a cinnamon flavor on the back of your tongue. Milk & Cookies finishes with a nice amount of cinnamon and some faint vanilla sweetness that then carries on to the aftertaste that lingers with a roasted cinnamon note. This beer is better than the Brownie imperial stout. I give Wicked Weed Brewing Guilty Pleasures Milk & Cookies Imperial Stout a C+. It wasn’t bad. I found it average. There are better sweet imperial stouts out there. If you come across this beer, it wouldn’t be a substandard selection, in my opinion. I am not a big fan of cinnamon, but I don’t mind it.
