Royal Bliss Brewing Co. makes 73 & Hazy a New England IPA in Denver, North Carolina. This IPA is 7.5% ABV. Royal Bliss has been in operation since 2019. This IPA pours a hazy yellow with a two-finger bright white head. The aroma is juicy and tropical with mango, passion fruit, papaya, and bitter notes. The flavor is bitter with tropical juicy fruits like papaya, passion fruit, and light mango. This is really fruity. This has a medium mouthfeel. This IPA finishes with a bitter tropical fruit flavor. The aftertaste is more of the finish with a little more bittering notes. This hazy IPA has such good flavors that it is hard to notice that it has 7.5% ABV. Royal Bliss’s 73 & Hazy New England IPA is definitely an A+. I highly recommend it! I will be looking forward to more, from Royal Bliss Brewing Co.
