This beer is Crush Raspberry Sour from 10 Barrel Brewing Co. in Bend, Oregon. This beer is 6.5% ABV and year-round. This beer has real raspberries. This sour ale pours a pinkish/red color with a one-and-a-half white head. The aroma is sweet, tart, sour, and fruity (raspberry). The taste is tart, sour, raspberry, and sweet. The mouthfeel is light and refreshing. Then this beer finishes with a sour and tart raspberry fruity flavor. There is a tart fruity aftertaste with a hint of sour sweetness. This beer is good, and I think it’s a high C+. It has a nice tart raspberry sour flavor. I would recommend this one. It is refreshing and not so sour that it is enjoyable.
