Goose Island Beer Co. Christmas IPA

This beer is a little late for review. But when you buy new beer, the older beers end up in the back. This beer is Christmas IPA from Goose Island Beer Co. This Chicago beer is 7,5% ABV. It has Northern Brewer, Chinook, Mandian, and Cashmere hops. This beer also has 2-row, C-20, and Debittered black malts. This IPA pours an amber color with a two-finger beige head. The aroma is piney and bitter, and there’s cinnamon. The flavor is malt, and piney. There’s cinnamon, and it’s hoppy too. The mouthfeel is fuller. This IPA finishes with a bitter spice. The aftertaste is lightly cinnamon with a bit go bitterness. This IPA is a nice change. Because it’s not like all the IPA out there. It is more like a traditional IPA with some Christmas flavors. I give this Chairman IPA from Goose Island Beer Co. a B-. I am not a big fan of cinnamon, and it is okay/not great here. It has good bitterness that plays well with the malt flavor. I would recommend this beer, and I would have it again. Please stay safe, be kind, and remember to be responsible! Cheers!
