Charlotte, NC. That is one long name for a beer. This beer is a Berliner Weisse. This beer is in Asheville, North Carolina. This beer pours a golden color with a one-and-a-half-finger white thin head. It has a tart, sweet & sour fruity-like aroma. The taste is light wheat sweetness and some tartness that a faintly fruity. The mouthfeel is light. It has a tart and a sour finish. It has an aftertaste of wheat and faint tart fruits with a light sourness that doesn’t linger. This beer is a refreshing beer that I give an A- to. Each of its flavors is minimal but good. I think if it had a bolder flavor, it would be perfect.
