Here is a collaboration Burial Beer & Modern Times Beer Celestial Altar IPA, 7.3% ABV brewed with rye malt, double dry-hopped with Galaxy, hand selected Cashmere, Citra, and Cashmeres Cryo. Modern Times Beer is over on the west coast, San Diego, California. Celestial Altar pours a hazy brown hued yellow with a one and half slowly fading white head. The nose of Celestial Altar is with nice aromas of tropical fruits, citrus orange and grapefruit with a bitterness, some nice light sweet notes. Taste is tropical and sweet with orange and bitter grapefruit citrus with a creaminess, medium thick mouthfeel that finish bitter and hoppy with nice lighter tropical notes and has a bittersweet orange, grapefruit tropical aftertaste. Burial Beer & Modern Times Beer Celestial Altar isn’t bad getting a high B+. I found the balance of tropical sweet fruits and bitter citrus fruits to be tasty delicious. Burial Beer & Modern Times Beer Celestial Altar is a beer that I would recommend if you are into hazy IPA like this. I would go fr this again but the mouth feel was a little thicker than I would have like for this style of IPA, but it was good otherwise Please stay safe and enjoy responsibly! Cheers!
