Edmund’s Oast Brewing Sour Apricot Peach

Sour beers, either you like them, or you don’t. Edmund’s Oast Brewing Sour Apricot Peach. This sour fruit ale is 5.5% ABV with apricots and peaches. I do like sour beers; they can be tart, fruity, and refreshing. This sour fruit beer pours deep yellow, almost orange, with a one-finger head. That head dissolved instantly. The aroma is tart and fruity. There are flavors of peaches and apricots. That flavor is tart and a bit sour. It was a refreshing flavor without being too tart. This beer has a lighter mouthfeel. Then you come to a tart and peachy/apricot finish. The tartness lingers in the aftertaste as the two fruits fade. This beer is good, not very tart or sour, but just enough. I give this Edmonds Oast Sour Apricot Peach a B+. Overall, neither the apricot nor the peach is more predominant. Those fruity flavors are well-balanced. I recommend this beer. Please stay safe, be kind to each other, and remember to enjoy responsibly! Cheers!
