The Bruery Desert Flora

Desert Flora is a Belgian-style Table Beer with hibiscus and Prickly Pear. This beer is from The Bruery in Placentia, California and has a 3.5% ABV. Table beer is usually a lower-alcohol beer that Belgian monks drink with a meal or for any occasion. This beer pours orange with a two-finger billowing head. The aroma is light, fruity, and floral. The flavor is light, citrusy, orange, and with hibiscus. Being a low abv beer, it is crisp, but the overall flavor is very light, as is the feel in the mouth. You really have to pay attention to find all the flavors. I do think this is kind of like a sour beer. This beer doesn’t have a strong finish but has a floral flavor. The aftertaste is floral, fruity, but light. This is not bad, I give this an A-. I find that low-alcohol beer to not have as strong flavors. This had slightly more than I though. I do recommend this one and you can have a few due to it being 3.5% Please stay safe, be kind to each other, and remember to enjoy responsibly! Cheers!
