This is St. Bernardus Tripel from the brewery mix pack. This beer is 8% ABV. This Tripel would be a great addition to poultry or most savory snacks. This beer pours a golden yellow with a bright white head. The aroma is fruity, banana, and sweet. The flavor is light spiced, fruity, banana, sweet, and smooth. This does not taste like an 8% beer. This has a fuller feel in the mouth. This beer has a sweet yet smooth banana finish. There is a lighter banana aftertaste that lingers for a bit. The flavor overall is exemplary and delicious. I highly recommend this beer to anyone. I’d give St. Bernardus Tripel an A. This beer’s 8% ABV does not reflect how strong this beer is. It does not drink like an 8% beer.
