This beer is Tropic Thunder Gose from New Sarum Brewing in Salisbury, North Carolina. This Gose has Mango Passion fruit and Hawaiin Red Sea Salt brewed in it. This sour ale pours a light yellow that has a light green tint. There is a two-finger thin white head. The aroma is sour, tart, salty with mango and passion fruit. The flavor is tart, sour-ish, fruity (mango/passion fruit), and some saltiness. This beer has a light feel on the palate. This Gose finishes with a tart, tropical fruit flavor. The aftertaste is also tart and fruity but not as intense. This is a good beer and I give Tropic Thunder Gose a B. It is good but it could have a tarter and saltier flavor to make it perfect.
