Olde Mecklenburg Brewery Früh Bock Spring Bock

I have had Früh Bock, 6% ABV from Olde Mecklenburg Brewery, many times before, and I might have reviewed it years ago. I’m reviewing this local Charlotte, North Carolina beer again , because the more beer I have and review, the more my plate grows and changes. This spring beer pours a deep gold/copper color with a two-finger steady white head. The aroma is ready, fruity, and sweet. The flavor is a sweet and fruity with a very light malt flavor. The mouthfeel is medium. Then it comes to a nice bitter-sweet fruity finish. The aftertaste is less fruity than the initial taste. There are some light malted flavor. Every time I have Früh Bock, the more I find it delicious. I give it an A+ and highly recommend it. It’s a good beer for springtime. It has a very well-made flavor profile and taste. I can’t fault it on anything. There is nothing negative from me about this beer. Just go and find it and try it! Please be kind, be safe, and enjoy responsibly! Cheers!
