Wild Leap Brew Co. Chance IPA 6.2% ABV brewed in LaGrange, Georgia is a 2020 US Beer Championship Gold winner. This IPA pours a yellow color with a two-finger white semi-steady fading head. It has a citrusy fruit flavor (orange and grapefruit) with a decent bitter aroma. The taste is fairly decent with citrusy notes of orange and grapefruit, bitterness is mild. There also are a few floral notes. The mouthfeel is medium. It finishes with a fruity floral flavor. The aftertaste is bitter fruity that comes and goes quickly. Overall this is slightly above average, getting a B-. It has a nice citrus flavor but nothing more than wows the tastebuds. It’s not bad. I found it to be a good IPA. Yes, there are better IPA out there. If I have more of this maybe my opinion on it might change and I’m willing to give Wild Leap Brew Co. Chance IPA and chance. It’s a good beer to try for yourself! Please be kind, be safe, and enjoy responsibly! Cheers!
