Sunconditional Love, a Witbier brewed by Resident Culture Brewing Company here in Charlotte, North Carolina, is 5.5% ABV. This beer blends Motueka and Hallertau hops, coriander, orange peel, and ginger. This is more of a Belgian-style witbier. You can find it at most local grocery stores here. This beer pours bright yellow with a three-finger, billowing white head that is slow to dissipate. The aroma is bright, spiced (coriander), and citrusy. The flavor is coriander spice, orange, and ginger. As this beer warms up, the orange flavor grows. The mouthfeel is on the fuller side. The finish is light coriander, big orange, and very light ginger. The ginger is almost not there. The aftertaste is orange that lingers with fading coriander. Sunconditional Love Witbier is a low A-. I found the citrusy orange slightly too much, but not bad. I would recommend it. It is something I’d go back to. Please stay safe, be kind to each other, and remember to enjoy responsibly! Cheers!
