Bock Party from Olde Mecklenburg Brewery is a seasonal spring Bock beer you can still find during the summertime. The brewery probably produces a lot of this Bock beer. Bock Party is 6% ABV and uses noble Bavarian hops. This beer pours light orange with a one-finger white steady head. The aroma is sweet, malty, and fruity. The flavor is malty, sweet, bready, and smooth. This beer doesn’t feel or taste like it’s 6% ABV, it has a medium feel in the mouth. Then you come to a malty smooth yet sweet finish with a light malted aftertaste. I enjoy a delicious Bock beer, and Bock Party from Olde Mecklenburg Brewery is delicious. Well deserving of an A+.
