Italian-style pilsners are simply German-style pilsners that have been dry-hopped with European hops. This maximizes the aroma without adding/imparting bitterness. This Italian Pilsner is Bright from Burial Beer in Asheville, North Carolina. This Burial Beer does not have such a long name like most of their beer. This beer has a yellow color with a three-finger steady white head. The aroma has a light bitterness to it with some sweet notes. The flavor is light with some sweet notes. The flavor of this beer is thin and crisp. It does have a refreshing quality to it. This Italian-style pilsner has a light feel in the mouth. This beer has a crisp bitter/sweet finish that lingers into the aftertaste. The aftertaste is slightly thin. Burial Beer Bight is not a terrible beer, I give this beer A B-. The dry-hopping has added a little bitterness, to this which is not terrible, but it is also not great. I would recommend Bight Italian-style pilsner. Please stay safe, be kind to each other, and remember to enjoy responsibly! Cheers
