It has been a while since I’ve had a Foothills Brewing beer. This IS Happyum Imperial IPA, which is 8.0% ABV. This beer has four different hop varieties, which I could not find out what they are. This IPA pours a semi-thick, cloudy, bright yellow color with a three-finger white head. The aroma is pineapple, citrusy orange, hoppy, and strong. The flavor is pineapple, orange, hoppy notes, and alcoholic. It is not overly strong. The mouthfeel is fuller. This Happyum Imperial IPA has a fruity and hoppy finish. Then you get some orange bitterness in the aftertaste. This is a great beer; as usual, Foothills brews great IPAs and other beers. Happyum Imperial IPA is an A+ beer. It was delicious and I highly recommend it. It is not overwhelming on your tastebuds, I could’ve had another one. Please stay safe, be kind to everyone, and remember to enjoy responsibly! Cheers!
